Privacy policy

Client Inbox Intel is an internal tool of Paking Duck, used only by authorized staff.

Sign-in: we use Google sign-in and read only your name and email address, to decide whether you have access.
Company mail: the tool reads company mailboxes in read-only mode so authorized staff can see client conversations. It never sends, changes or deletes email.
Retention: email text is kept for 12 months after a conversation closes, then deleted.
Redaction: sensitive values such as card numbers and passwords are redacted before storage.
Audit logs: every access is logged for security and kept as an audit trail.
No sharing: no data is sold or shared with third parties, and it is not used to train AI models.
